The Empowerment and Care Center (EAC Center) supports women and families in the areas of mental health, birthing services, life coaching and mentoring for the purpose of obtaining mental wellbeing, healthy maternal & birth outcomes, and overall life satisfaction.
Vision
The Empowerment and Care Center (EAC Center) is dedicated to serving the Rock County, Wisconsin community and surrounding areas by providing client-centered and culturally-responsive counseling, birthing services, and life coaching. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to reach their fullest potential, ensuring that everyone feels heard, seen, and valued. We promote well-being, resilience, and growth, fostering a network of support and resources that celebrates the diversity and strength of womanhood.
We advocate for equitable and culturally-responsive maternal health care, particularly for Black and Brown women, and strive to improve maternal and infant health outcomes by addressing racial disparities. Our vision is a future with significantly reduced rates of maternal and infant mortality, where vulnerable populations and communities of color have the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about their health and the well-being of their families.
The Empowerment and Care Center is a safe and inclusive space where women and families can find support, resources, and community throughout their life journeys. We are committed to creating a culture of care and empowerment that uplifts and supports all members of our community.
